Why ABS instead of fibreglass
- ABS flexes and returns to shape; fibreglass cracks and splits on impact.
- Mounting holes are moulded to position, not hand-drilled — alignment is consistent.
- ABS takes paint without pinholing or needing a sealer coat.
- Repairable with a plastic welder or ABS cement.
Fitting your Kawasaki ZX-25R fairing kit
- Dry-fit every panel on the bike before you remove the OEM fairing or start painting. Check every mounting point lines up.
- Transfer your existing hardware — bolts, collars, grommets, brackets and the screen — from the old fairing.
- If you are painting, do it after the dry fit. Lightly scuff, use a plastic adhesion promoter, then base coat and clear.
- Do not fully torque bolts until all panels are loosely in place, then tighten evenly. Overtightening is the most common cause of cracked tabs.

- Free economy sea shipping is available on every order.
- 30-day returns from the delivery date on uninstalled, unpainted kits.
- We accept cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover all work at checkout — you do not need a PayPal account.
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
FAQ
Do these kits fit my Kawasaki ZX-25R without modification?
They are moulded from OEM panels and use the factory mounting points. Dry-fit before painting — if a tab does not line up, contact us with photos and we will sort it out.
