30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking record.
Order cancellation
You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Since dispatch can take up to 30 days, please contact us promptly if you change your mind.
Eligible for return
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all protective film intact
- Item is not a custom-painted / made-to-order product
Not eligible
- Items that have been installed, drilled, modified, or painted
- Items damaged by improper installation
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
How to start a return
Email sales@hxlmt.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will reply with the return address and an RMA number within 2 business days.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 days; card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Note: because sea transit can take up to 180 days, the 7-day damage window is counted from the delivery date, not the order date.
