Why ABS instead of fibreglass
- ABS flexes and returns to shape; fibreglass cracks and splits on impact.

Fitting your Honda CB650R fairing kit
- Dry-fit every panel on the bike before you remove the OEM fairing or start painting. Check every mounting point lines up.
- Transfer your existing hardware — bolts, collars, grommets, brackets and the screen — from the old fairing.
- If you are painting, do it after the dry fit. Lightly scuff, use a plastic adhesion promoter, then base coat and clear.
- Do not fully torque bolts until all panels are loosely in place, then tighten evenly. Overtightening is the most common cause of cracked tabs.

- Lead time: kits are made to order and dispatched within 30 days. Sea freight delivery can take up to 180 days after dispatch. Please do not order if you need the parts urgently — message us first and we will quote air shipping (roughly 15–30 days).
- Free economy sea shipping is available on every order.
- 30-day returns from the delivery date on uninstalled, unpainted kits.
- We accept cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover all work at checkout — you do not need a PayPal account.
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
FAQ
Do these kits fit my Honda CB650R without modification?
They are moulded from OEM panels and use the factory mounting points. Dry-fit before painting — if a tab does not line up, contact us with photos and we will sort it out.
Can I get my kit painted to match my bike?
Yes. Send us your factory colour code (usually on a sticker under the seat or on the frame) and we will quote a painted kit.
Is the Honda CB650R fairing kit street legal?

What if a panel arrives damaged?
Photograph it within 7 days of delivery and email sales@hxlmt.com. We send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
